As part of the week-long celebration of the Food Safety Awareness Week (FSAW), the NDA conducted the #juaNDAiry Caravan in Santa Maria, Bulacan on October 26, 2022. A cooking demonstration of White Cheese (Kesong Puti) and White Cheese Nuggets using locally produced white cheese and fresh milk was conducted, as well as the sharing of knowledge and information about dairy products and their proper handling.

Also joining the caravan was Catmon Multi-Purpose Cooperative, an NDA-Assisted Cooperative who also provided free samples of their chocolate milk, flavored milk, and white cheese to the participants composed of farmers and agriculture students.

Organized by the local government unit of the Municipality of Santa Maria, Bulacan, under the direction of NDA Milk Quality Assurance and Product Development Division led by Ms. Judith A. Platero, together with by Food Technician III Mr. Lennard Bryle P. Rosal and Laboratory Technician III Ms. Ellamay A. Melanio assisted by NDA- NLD FDSO Ms. Rica Bianca M. Casela, PL480 QA Officer Ms. Andrea O. Rosal, and CFIDP National Technical Support Coordinator Ms. Noelle Leanne M. Mallari.
