The  National  Dairy  Authority  (NDA)  is  pleased  to announce the appointment of Attorney Gavino Alfredo C. Benitez as its new Deputy Administrator. With a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of law and corporate governance, Atty. Benitez is expected to contribute significantly to the achievement of NDA’s mandate.

Atty. Benitez started his career journey with the NDA in 2013 as a job order employee, where he served as an Executive Assistant for Legal. In this role, he was entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing all legal matters and compliance of the organization.

A decade later, he was appointed as the Deputy Administrator, the second-highest position in the organization.

Atty. Benitez holds a Social Science degree from the University of the Philippines, Manila, and obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Far Eastern University in 1996. He became a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines a year later.

As Deputy Administrator, Atty. Benitez is committed to working closely with NDA Administrator Gabriel L. Lagamayo to ensure the achievement of the corporation’s targets. He aims to scale-up the Milk Feeding Program, seek additional funding, and provide sound leadership for NDA’s daily operations.

He believes that his expertise will complement Dr. Lagamayo’s extensive knowledge and experience in field operations and technical matters.
