The Department of Agriculture-National Dairy Authority (DA-NDA) Visayas Department awarded Certificates of Stewardship to Farmers of the Pavia Livestock Growers Association and members of the St. Martin Small Ruminants Cooperative last March 31, 2022 during the inauguration of the Smart Greenhouse and other Agricultural Facilities, and mass distribution of interventions at Western Visayas Agricultural Research Center, Jaro, Iloilo City.

Gracing the event were DA Secretary William Dar, DA Region VI Director Remelyn Ricoter and NDA Administrator Benjelix Farrel Magtoto.
