12.Regulatory Services – Registration and Licensing of Dairy Business Operators (DBOs)

With the enactment of the Republic Act 10611, or the Food Safety Act of 2013, the NDA is mandated to regulate local milk from primary production to post-harvest handling in terms of food safety. Through this law, the NDA developed the Dairy Safety Regulations (DSR) as guidelines for Dairy Business Operators (DBOs) to comply with the law.
