REGIONAL FIELD SERVICES MENU

8. Regular Animal Health Services (Oplan Zoonosis, Vaccination, Vitamin Supplementation, De-horning, De-worming, De-ticking, Hoof Trimming)

The regular animal health program is meant to customize a program according to the specific needs and circumstances of every farm.  Example, farms that regular graze animals require regular administration of agents that target pasture endemic infestations such a flukes and ticks.

Such customization is based on a standardized animal health program that is matched to the requirements of the farm.  NDA shall provide the technical manpower and skills to assist each farm either to mentor farm personnel or to direct provide such technical assistance.

Some activities may be performed simultaneously (Example, TB testing and blood sample collection for Brucellosis and Surra testing).  Some of the activities are performed more than once, as in the case of deworming and deticking.  The client provides the drugs and biologics required in each activity upon the recommendation of the NDA Veterinarian.
